A modern approach
My practice fuses the ancient with the modern and incorporates the teachings of astrology, shamanism, and the Akashic Records. I embrace a mixed-modality approach honoring that no two journeys are the same. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, and it can be a spectacular ride. The caveat is that each of us is responsible for our own journey, one that is circular, not linear. It can be filled with passion and joy, or fear and pain. The choice is ours. We all have different missions, but we share the same purpose: To find meaning.
One goal that we all share is the desire to find meaning in our lives.
My Spiritual Awakening
I stem from a lineage of Curanderas on my paternal side, and psychic intuitives on my maternal side, but I also possess a very strong sense of skepticism. I tend to be very left-brained, and even though I grew up with these mystical traditions, I had a very hard time believing until I had my own subjective experience.
My awakening was fast and slow. During a reiki session, my spirit guides relayed that I would be going through an awakening and that my initiation would last four years.
My gifts started to open up, but I had to lean into the process, which included cultivating a meditation practice, studying various healing modalities, and doing major shadow work.
My awakening led me to become an ICF-certified life coach, a Usui Reiki Master, and a certified Akashic Records consultant. I've also studied astrology, shamanism, metaphysics, and various mystery school teachings.
Before I stepped into doing spiritual work, I had careers in HR & recruiting and Higher Education. I also hold a master's degree in Higher Ed, with a focus on career counseling.
But more important than any certification or degree, the most valuable skill set that I bring to the table is that I have been right where you are now. I know exactly what you are going through.
