432Hz The Universal Frequency & Vibration
“Music based on 432hz will support humanity on its way towards spiritual freedom.”
– Rudolph Steiner
Spirit likes to send messages through songs and number sequences because it's an easy way to get our attention without infringing on our free will. In a recent episode of the AFL podcast, I microdosed the frequency of music and why it's important to pay attention to what we listen to daily.
Before each of my Akashic Records sessions, spirit will download a song that illustrates everything the client needs to know. It's just easier for them to tap into a song that's in my brain and download that song vs. spending extra energy downloading an entire message. Basically, I am trying to heighten my frequency and spirit lowers theirs a little bit so we can meet in the middle to communicate. I have a whole Spotify playlist full of songs that have come through during sessions.
Sometimes a song will come through, and it doesn't make any sense to me. But then I'll get in the session, and it's a song that their mom always sang to them. So I've learned not to put my spin on it- because I’m just the vessel.
One of my clients asked why my playlist doesn't have many current songs. And I laughed because it brought me back to when I first started on my path. Very soon after I started connecting with my guides, I was called to stop listening to a lot of pop music and instead listen to binaural beats and music that would help raise my vibration.
This was no easy task for a girl who grew up going to gay bars and drag shows. My college roommates introduced me to the world of drag, and since then, it's been all about Britney, Madonna, Diana, you get the picture.
Anyway, when Spirit asked me to stop listening to pop music, I went down the proverbial rabbit hole.
Which brought me to the 440hz vs. 432hz controversy and the frequencies of most of the music we listen to.
Ready to jump in?
Around 1885, the Music Commission of Italy declared that all instruments and orchestras should use a tuning fork that vibrated at 440 Hz, which was different from the original standard of 435 Hz and the competing 432 Hz used in France. Fast-forward to1917, the American Federation of Musicians, endorsed 440Hz as the standard, and in 1953, this frequency was adopted as the standard reference for tuning all musical instruments.
But the farther down the rabbit hole I went, I discovered that many music theorists and musicians consider 432Hz the more congruent frequency because it is mathematically aligned with the natural patterns of the Universe, Phi, the Golden Ratio even the Great Pyramids. (432 Hz also resonates with 8 Hz, which is the Schumann Resonance--Earth's heartbeat).
Interestingly, some research has been done on the health effects on people who have listened to 440Hz music vs. 432Hz. Check out this article in the NIH National Library of Medicine: Music Tuned to 440 Hz Versus 432 Hz and the Health Effects
Essentially 432Hz music encourages the release of serotonin, decreases anxiety, and increases mental clarity. And since it aligns with the Universe's heartbeat, this frequency encourages the synchronicity between both brain hemispheres, which increases intuition, insight, and creativity.
Here are a few songs that are harmonized to 432Hz:
Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen
One Love by Bob Marley
Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley
Don't Stop Believing by Journey
Imagine by John Lennon
Let it Be by The Beatles
Changes by Tupac
So next time you listen to Spotify or the radio, pay attention to the melody and lyrics of the music. Does the music make you feel lifted and high-vibe or anxious and depressed? Sometimes, I'll be getting my hair done, and the station will be on 90s pop divas (which I love), but then I really hone in on the lyrics or the frequency of the music, and I'm like, wait a minute.
Music is like anything else in this dimension. EVERYTHING IS FREQUENCY. Pay attention to what raises your vibration. It's just like when you meet people for the first time. Sometimes you meet a person, and they annoy you right away. You don't know why, but you just don't get a good feeling from them. That's your frequency meter going, "Pay attention! Not in resonance!" But most of the time, we ignore the feeling and sum it up to an overactive imagination.
But the more we practice listening to the messages of our soul and higher self, the sharper our discernment becomes, which allows us to understand what resonates with us and what does not. If you want to up your connection to your higher knowing, try using my binaural beats track during meditation.
This meditation track is tuned to the frequency of 33 Hz (Christ consciousness and the pyramid frequency), layered with 211.44 Hz, which is Neptune's orbitary frequency: connection to the unconscious soul, imagination, and spiritual love. If you have a hard time meditating, try using this track for 21 days and see what results you get.
Just listen to the track with headphones, clear your mind from all thoughts, focus on the tone, and set the intention to connect to your inner knowing.
"If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration…”
